Folding heads
We offer the appropriate folding head for various types of lids.
These are produced analogously to folding rollers from various base materials such as steel or stoody metal, AISI 440, AISI D2 in combination with special coatings such as TiN, TiCN, or diamond resin.
Depending on production requirements, we can offer the sealing head lips with the following surface finishes:
SMOOTH
Standard version
Sandblasted
Optimization of the driving force through high-pressure jet treatment with corundum powder of different grain sizes. This serves to improve the lid's engagement without damaging the paintwork.
KNOBED
Vertical grooves created by mechanical grinding stone abrasion. While this method provides maximum driving force, it is unsuitable for painted lids.
